Hello, I am an Osteopath, Cranial Osteopath and Acupuncturist. I also teach Pregnancy, Post-natal Yoga and Pilates, Baby Yoga and Baby Massage. I’ve been working with families in London and Oxfordshire since 1999.

The way I work is to combine my different skills to provide the best possible outcomes. This depends on what is needed by the individual and what may particularly help on that day.

My journey started many years ago at the renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, where I studied a three year course in acupuncture (5 Element and TCM), qualifying in 1999.

After several years of practice I felt the need for more specialist knowledge, so I embarked on the not so small task of studying to become an Osteopath, on the excellent five year Oxford Brookes University course. I came out with a First Class Honours Degree, no small accomplishment as I had my two lovey boys along the way! Since then I’ve completed many hundreds of hours of post-graduate courses, including Cranial Osteopathy with Sutherland Cranial College, with a focus on paediatrics and obstetrics. I continue to add to my training and knowledge all the time.

I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and adhere to their strict guidelines on professional conduct and development. I am also a Member of the Institute of Osteopathy and hold their professional indemnity insurance.

In 2008 I combined my enthusiasm for working with families and my life long yoga practice, by becoming a member of the Birthlight organisation. It is through Birthlight I’ve qualified to teach Baby Yoga & Massage, Pregnancy Yoga and Post-natal yoga. I also added to my skills by taking General, Pregnancy and Post-Post-Natal Pilates training with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Association).
